Firstly, hi! I’m Scarlett, the Founder and Artist at Cosmetic Ink by Scarlett, located in Castle Hill, Sydney. Yes, it’s a one-woman show here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I launched my small business with a passion for tattoos, makeup, and artistry, combined with a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives—and my own. I can honestly say, I love what I do, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients’ confidence soar after a treatment.

Before diving into the world of permanent makeup, I spent many years working in corporate roles, however, my love for beauty and the transformative power of tattoos led me to pursue cosmetic tattooing. Many years prior, I studied makeup at a Sydney college for 12 months full time, on top of my already full time job, which took up weeknights and weekends, however it helped me hone my craft through countless hours of practice, training, and dedication to achieving perfection.

What sets Cosmetic Ink by Scarlett apart from the rest, is my meticulous “perfectionist” approach and my commitment to enhancing my clients’ natural beauty. I offer a warm, welcoming, one-on-one experience where there’s no rushing or intimidation—just a comfortable space where we work together at your pace to create a look you’ll love.

I specialize in all styles of brow tattoos, eyeliner, lip blush and lip neutralisation. My work isn’t about following trends; it’s about crafting timeless, natural, and flattering enhancements tailored to you.

I’m also deeply passionate about learning and growing. I take new courses regularly—sometimes every month or two—to stay at the forefront of my craft and ensure I’m offering the very best to my clients. You can count on exciting new treatments being added to my menu as I expand my expertise.
